My Anger is Now 95% Healed

I ordered the Soul Song for Healing Anger. I played it all night and put the CD on repeat. The next morning when I awoke, I was 95% free of my anger over a certain situation. I felt so much better and did not have the constant voices and anguish about the subject. Your healings are truly a blessing. Thank you for this wonderful gift.

The Edgy Feeling is Gone

Sometimes it seems that I am easily triggered into anger. Today I've had a few interactions with a family member that have sparked into verbal sparring matches leaving me feeling edgy and defensive, which is a sure recipe for another flare up. I knew that a new Soul Song for Healing Anger had been introduced at last night's Free Remote Healing. I checked the Soul Song website and was pleased to see that the song was already available for download. After only a couple of minutes of listening, I found a great deal of tension melting out of me and I experienced the relaxed, spacious presence and awareness of my soul. I feel so much better! I no longer have this feeling of needing to be listened to and understood. It feels like that has already happened.

I was excited to experience Master Sha's Song Song for Healing Anger. I sat quietly listening to it and began thinking about two situations that had recently made me angry. I did not notice anything right away, but a short while later, I felt very, very hot. This was very strange because I usually feel chilly. I wondered if the thermostat in the condo had been changed, though I knew that I hadn't touched it. Later that evening, it suddenly occurred to me that feeling hot was my way of releasing the anger. I was very surprised and grateful at the same time. I continue to feel so blessed to have these healing tools available to all of us. Thank you Master Sha. Thank you Divine.
