The very first time I listened to the Soul Song for healing and rejuvenating the Circulatory System, I felt a lot of pressure in my head. I had been feeling somewhat sluggish and I realized that it was opening blood vessels in my head and improving circulation. As the healing continued, I felt energy (Qi) filling my arms and fingers, my chest and entire torso. I also experienced a more subtle but clear sense of energy movement down both legs and to my feet.
