Digital Content

License

MasterShaSoulSong.com grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial use upon payment of our fees for Digital Content, in accordance with the terms of this agreement. You may store, copy, transfer and burn the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial use only.

Restrictions

You agree, warrant and represent that you will not use the Digital Download Service for any redistribution of the Digital Content or other restricted use and are not granted any commercial sale, resale, reproduction, distribution rights, promotional use, public performance, or synchronization for the Digital Content. You agree, warrant and represent that you will use the Digital Download Service for your personal, non-commercial use only. You agree that you will not sell, rent, redistribute, share, lend, transmit, broadcast, assign, edit, modify, adapt, sub-license or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content except as set forth in License above.

Reservations of Rights

You agree, warrant and represent that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual, copyrighted property of MasterShaSoulSong.com and is protected by law. You agree to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content and not to infringe the rights of MasterShaSoulSong.com. You agree that all right, title and interest in the Digital Download Service are retained and reserved by MasterShaSoulSong.com. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Digital Content as a result of downloading the Digital Content.

All Sales Final

All sales of Digital Content are final. MasterShaSoulSong.com does not accept returns of Digital Content.

Downloading

You must download all Digital Content immediately and make back-up copies of it after purchasing. If you cannot successfully download the Digital Content after reviewing our online help section, please contact us.

Risk of Loss

You agree to bear all risk of loss after purchase of Digital Content and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a hard drive crash, computer crash and computer malfunction.

General

Termination

Your rights will automatically terminate without notice from MasterShaSoulSong.com if you breach any of the terms of this agreement. In case of such termination, you agree to cease all use of the Digital Content. You agree that we may immediately revoke your access to the Digital Content Service without refund of any fees and without any notice to you.

Digital Content Policy and Changes

If you choose to visit or shop at MasterShaSoulSong.com, your visit and any dispute over Digital Content are subject to this policy and our Conditions of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the law of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
