Gentle Expansion, Deep Well-being, Calm Joy

Whenever I listen to the Soul Song for the Heart, I notice an almost immediate and gentle expansion and sense of deep well being. My heart feels deeply and physically touched and a sense of deep gratitude and love arises. My heart awakens when it hears this song and rises up to greet and embrace the divine blessing that gentle flow from Master Sha's Soul Song.

The new message creates many physical responses. I notice the energy across my heart smoothing and spreading from the lower left chamber up to the right atrium. The sense of balance and gentle expansion continues. I notice my breath becoming deeper and the lungs take on an almost clear-light quality. I am aware of better cardiac function and better oxygenation of my blood. I am aware of the blood and chi flowing down my arms to my fingertips and down both legs as well. The sense of balance and gentle expansion which opens up space around every cell, organ and organ system, continues.

I experience a calm joy. Every soul or every cell is suffused with a special, gentle heart-soul song light and the sense of balance and deep calm is present everywhere.

Early this morning, my wife was playing one of Master Sha's Soul Songs. I had heard it before but hadn't really paid attention to it. I felt like I was floating, found it very relaxing and soothing, and I felt almost giddy and weightless. I felt like I was being infused with light energy and that it was purifying me.
