During Soul Massage last Sunday, Master Sha shared the fact that it is not in the best interest of good digestion to talk while eating. Since I live alone, talking while eating is not usually a digestion issue. However, my daughter called long distance about 20 minutes before Soul Massage. I told her I'd love to catch up, but I'd have to eat while talking in order to be on time for teleconference.

As we were watching the clock, our conversation and my dinner ended just in time to redial. Almost immediately, stabbing stomach pain hit me to the place where I was nearly doubled over.
