Upper Jiao, and No More Muscle Soreness

I got an injury in the rib area in yoga class which was very painful and prevented me from practicing. I took advantage of downloading the Soul Songs for Upper Jiao and for Healing and Rejuvenation of the Heart, and played them over and over. 

At first, I didn't connect the marked improvement in mobility and freedom from pain that I experienced the next day, but the "coincidence" prompted me to connect it with one or the other or a combination of the songs. In any event, that this happened is wonderful and amazing and I look forward to many more benefits from these powerful Soul Songs. Thank you, Master Sha!
