Losing Weight and My Desire for Sweets and Junk Food

I have lost about six pounds. My desire for sweets and junk food has disappeared. After listening to the Soul Songs, I took a long trip and out of habit stopped to have a treat of ice cream. Even though I did not feel like the treat, I bought it and then did not feel good for a few hours. I think that can be attributed to the Soul Songs. Thank you.

My Eating Habits Have Definitely Changed

About the fourth time it played, I felt a subtle heat in my lower back that moved upward across my back and eventually over my shoulders and to the stomach/spleen area.
